摘要
作者对超细煤的微泡浮选柱超纯分选进行了研究。结果表明,使用徽泡可以改善细粒的分选。本文还给出了微泡浮选柱分选的基本操作参数与精煤灰分和可燃物回收率之间的关系。
The studies on the hydrodynamic interaction between ultra-fine particles and air bubbles have shown that ultra-fine particle column flotation can be improved by using smaller air bubbles. In this paper, we have used the bubbles about 50 microns in a column flotation for processing of ultra-fine coal. The performance of the microbubble column has been studied as a function of wash water addition rate, aeration rate, feed rate and column length to diameter(L/D)ratio. The information collected from these tests has been used to analyse column behavior.
