摘要
利用多种测试手段,借助于DLVO理论的理论分析、计算,对双液分离中微细矿粒同中性油滴之间的作用机理作了详细的论述,揭示了-2μm高岭石脱除褐铁矿用双液分离法得到良好分选的本质,为微细粒物料的双液分选提供了理论依据。
Using various testing methods and by theoretical analysis and calculation of DLVO therory, the authors discuss the action mechanism between neutral oil and extremely fine mineral particles in double-fluid separation, revealing why satisfactory limonite-removal from-2μm kaolin can be achieved in double-fluid separtion and providing theoretical basis for double-fluid separation of extremely fine materials.
