摘要
本文从超导体在没有外磁场存在的条件下,一个稳定的超导相的零电阻温度应该是一个定值出发,通过升温和降温实验测定。在0.1K内是一致的,即本系统解决了温度计测出的表观温度和超导体样品本身的真实温度的一致性问题。R—T曲线的形态和样品本身的结构、超导相构成通路的情况及引线接点质量等诸多因素有关。
For a superconductor, zero resistance temperatures measured by the author's measurement system were in agreement with actual values within±0.1K, which suggests that the agreement between the apparent temperatures and actual values can be ensured using the measurement system on one hand, and reflects the fact that the zero resistance temperature for a stable superconducting phase is a constant value on the other hand in zero field. It was found that the shape of a R-T curve depends on the construction of samples, communication of superconducting phases and the quality of the lead contacts, etc.
