摘要
本文计算了Sb、Pb、Zn、Sn、Cd、Fe、In、Cu、Bi等9个元素的琉化物氧化反应自由能,并着重对锑的硫化物在沸腾焙烧过程中的变化进行探讨。指出脱锑过程必须在弱氧化性气氛和沉降斗温度维持在655℃以上进行,才能收集到较纯的锑氧产品。
This paper reports the results of the thermodynamic analysis on the deantimony process of complex polymetallic sulfides during the fluidized bed roasting. To obtain purer antimony oxides the roasting should be carried out in the low oxygen atmosphere with the temperature of gravity collector at more than 655°c.
