摘要 Purpose: Electronmicroscopic characteristics of anterior lens capsule and cortical fiber cells from glaucomatous patients who underwent combined trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification were compared with capsule specimens and cortex from catarac-tous lenses of non-glaucomatous patients. Methods: A phacotra-beculectomy or phacoemulsification were performed in 26 glaucomatous eye (Group 1).
