摘要 Purpose: to study morphological changes in the endothelium of Schlemm's canal in glaucomatous patients compared to normals. Method: scanning electronmicroscopy of the inner portion of Schlemm's canal peeled during non-penetrating surgery was studied and compared with the same tissue of normal donor eyes.
