摘要 Diseases are not simple, and are rarely the result of only one cause. Glaucoma involves death by apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells through events that occur at the optic nerve head and within the retina. Data from experimental models show that important neurotrophic molecules fail to arrive at the ganglion cell body
