简论儿童福利和儿童福利政策

On the children welfare and its policy

儿童福利是社会福利在特殊群体中的体现。增进儿童福利,满足儿童的物质、精神需求,是儿童社会工作的重要目标;认识儿童福利需求,敦促完善的儿童福利政策的制定,在儿童福利政策支持下服务儿童,是儿童社会工作的中心内容。我国在儿童福利与政策上还不能自成一统,需要进一步完善与提高。

Children welfare has embodied the social welfare for a specific group of people. The main target of social work for children is just in improving the children welfare, and meeting the children's needs in both the material and the spiritual aspects. The central theme for the social work of children should be specified as recognizing the needs of children welfare, setting up a complete policy, and serving the children finally with the support of children welfare policy. The situation of children welfare and policy in today's China does not seem to be satisfactory, and thus necessitates further consummation and improvement. 
