对抑制通货紧缩的宏观经济政策的几点思考

REFLECTIONS ON MACROECONOMIC POLICIES ON CHECKING DEFLATION

在应对通货紧缩时,我们必须先明确我们的调控重点和调控方向。笔者认为抑制中国的通货紧缩,必须在注重需求管理的同时,更加关注供给管理;注重宏观调控的同时,也不能忽视微观机制的改革;重点实施财政政策的同时,配合货币政策的有效协调。

In dealing with deflation, we must first of all understand clearly what and where is the focal point for control and regulation. In order to control deflation in China, the author of this paper holds that while attention is given to regulation of demand, much more attention should be paid to the regulation of supply; while stress is laid on macrocontrol, reform in micro mechanism is not to be overlooked; and that there needs to be effective coordination between the fiscal policy and monetary policy. 
