科技期刊及其作者的著作权保护探析

Discussion about Copyright Protection of Sci-tech Periodicals and Their Authors

针对科技期刊著作权保护中存在的问题,根据《著作权法》对科技期刊的著作权归属、著作权具体体现及著作权保护方面的责任和义务作了分析和探讨,指出科技期刊的著作权应归主办单位所有,科技期刊著作权可通过作者转让其著作使用权来具体体现,并对科技期刊及其作者的著作权保护措施提出了建议。

In view of the existing problems in the copyright protection of Scitech Periodicals and their authors, and based on thecopyright law,this paper discusses the belong of Scitech Periodicals, the concrete realization of the copyright, the responsibility and obligation of the copyright protection. It points out, that the copyright of Scitech Periodicals should belong to their sponsors, and that the copyright of Scitech Periodicals can be realized by the copyright assignment from their authors. Moreover, some suggestions were made on the protection measures of the copyright protection of Scitech Periodicals and their authors.
