建立我国政府信息公开制度探析

政府信息公开是当今世界的发展趋势 ,加快我国政府信息公开的步伐 ,是适应加入WTO的需要。我国在计划经济体制下形成的封锁信息和妨碍政府信息传播的许多观念和做法必须改革。进一步加强我国政府信息公开 ,应该确立政府信息公开原则 ,扩大政府信息公开范围 ,拓宽政府信息公开渠道 ,尽快制定统一的《政府信息公开法》。

Government information open represents the general trend of the world. The acceleration of our government information opening paces is needed in our adaptation to WTO entry. Many misconceptions, myths, and practices of information blockage formulated under the planned economy must be eliminated. Government information open principles should be laid up; open scope, expanded; open channels, widened; and government information open code, enacted as soon as possible.
