摘要
英国社会保障制度建立早,对社会的稳定发挥过重要作用。但是战后以来,社会保障过滥产生的弊端开始显露出来。70年代末英国开始社会保障制度的改革,目前改革仍在继续。考察战后英国的社会保障制度,对于中国社会保障制度的建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
The early establishment of social guarantee system in Britain played an important role in keeping the society steady. However, the deficiencies caused by the misuse of social guarantee began to appear after the War. At the end of 1970s, Britain began its reform on social guarantee system. Its investigation about its system after the War is of important reference to the construction of social guaranteee system in China.
