摘要
西部高校文化艺术素质教育现状可概括为:思想认识有待提高;实践范围有待拓展;运作机制有待创新;发展条件有待改善。推进西部高校文化艺术素质教育的对策有:(一)努力构建文化艺术素质教育的生态圈,包括:优化文化艺术素质教育的内结构;强化文化艺术素质教育的外结构;新化文化艺术素质教育联结销。(二)积极探索文化艺术素质教育的有效途径和方式方法。
The present state of competence education in culture and arts in universities and colleges can be summed up as follows:the understanding should be raised; the practical range should be enlarged; its mechanism should be innovated and its developing conditions should be improved. Its countermeasures are as follows:1.We should make great efforts to build up the ecological circle of competence education in culture and arts including perfecting its internal structure, strengthening its external structure and refreshing its combination of systems.2.We should actively exploit the effectual route and ways of competence education in culture and arts.
