In our country, the changes of social strata and their varieties of income have become challenge in the equal opportunity in education. The economic factors cause the changes of the principles, value judgment and actions of each stratum, forming the unequality in the beginning of education, taking part in the educational process and the sucessful opportunity in their study. Leading the benefit acquisition principle and the principle of ability paid in economics into the educational mechanism is beneficial to the process development of equal opportunity in education.
