摘要
本文首次报道荔枝叶片上发生的瘤状虫瘿,经初步鉴定,属双翅目、瘿蚊科、叶瘿蚊属Dasineura sp.。研究了此虫在广东荔枝主产区的发生为害情况及生物学特性,并据此提出防治建议,进行了初步防治试验。
This is to report firstly a new species of the insect pest infesting the litchi you-
ng leaves.Identifaction shows that it belongs to the Diptera:Cecidomyiidae,Da-
nsineuras sp The life-eycle and habit of the gall-mides were observed and recor-
ded.
Field trial showed that spraying with 2.5% methyl parathion on the earth just be-
fore the eclosion of the hibernate generation to kill the adult might be one of the
effective control measures.It has also been found in this survey that the San Yue
Hong(a variety of litchi)has resistance to the gall-midges.
