丁咯地尔合丹参治疗脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Study on Treating Cerebral Infarction with Buflomedil and Danshen(丹参)

目的 :观察丁咯地尔与丹参联合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 :将脑梗死患者 1 43例随机分为治疗组 75例 ,对照组 68例 ,治疗组用丁咯地尔 1 5 0 mg,每日 1次静滴 ,丹参针 30 ml,每日 1次静滴 ;对照组用丹参针 30 ml,每日 1次静滴 ,连用 1 4天。两组均在治疗前及治疗后 2周行血液流变学检测 ,治疗前及治疗后 4周进行神经功能缺损评分。结果 :治疗组显效率及有效率均高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组血液粘稠度均低于治疗前 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,但治疗组优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :丁咯地尔合丹参治疗脑梗死显示良好疗效 ,值得临床应用。

Objective: To observe on the clinical curative effect of Buflomedil and Danshen on treating cerebral infarction and on hemorheology. Methods:143 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group with 75 cases, and control group with 68 cases. The patients in treatment group were treated by 150mg Buflomedil combined with 30ml danshen, those in control group by 30ml danshen only.Both groups were treated for 14 days. The hermorheology was checked before and after treatment for two weeks. The incompletment of nerves function was scored before treatment and after treatment for 4 weeks.Results: Both the markedly effective rate and effective rate in treatment group were obviously higher than those in control group(respectively( P <0.01, P <0.05). The levels of stickiness in both groups after treatment were obviously lower than those before treatment( P <0.01), while the level of stickiness in treatment was obviously lower than that in control group after treatment( P <0.05). Conclusion:It showed good curative effect on treating cerebral infarction with Buflomedil and Danshen, which is worth to practice in clinics.
