“栓必通”治疗脑卒中后遗症疗效探讨

Study on the Curative Effect of Shuan Bi Tong(栓必通) on Treating Sequelae of Stroke

目的 :观察“栓必通”治疗脑卒中后遗症的疗效。方法 :将 1 5 6例分成两组 , 组用“展筋丹”治疗 , 组用“栓必通”治疗 ,设三项观察指标进行分析。结果 :两组治愈率、有效率差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :“栓必通”治疗脑卒中后遗症具有见效快、疗程短、服用方便、副作用少、费用低等优点 ,是治疗脑卒中后遗症的理想药物。

Objective: To study the curative effect on treating sequelae of stroke with Zhan Jin Dan(展筋丹),which was renamed Shuan Bi Tong after improvement.Methods:156 csases of stroke were divided into two groups. I group was treated with Zhan Jin Dan, II group with modified Zhan Jin Dan(renamed Shuan Bi Tong). Self-made three indexes were observed and analised.Results: There were significantly different in curative rates and effective rtates between the two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion:Treating sequelae of stroke with Shuan Bi Tong has many advantages, such as instant effect, short period of treatment, convenient taken, few side effect ,low cost and so on. It is a perfect drug for treating sequelae of stroke.
