摘要
荻(Miscanthus sacchariflorus)和芦苇(Phragmites communis)是造纸工业的重要原料,湖南洞庭湖区有苇面积近百万亩。长期以来,芦毒蛾(Lealia coenosa candida)对荻芦生产威胁很大,每年因此而导致产量的很大损失。
The reed tussock moth,Lealia coenosa candida is a serious leaf-eating reed
insect pest at Dong-Ting Iake Region of Hunan Province.Since 1985 we have app-
lied BT(Baccillus thuringiensis)emulsion for control of the reed tussock moth.Field
control tests in a little area were carried out on the first ten-days of May against
the 2nd and the 3nd instars hibernant larvae with spraying 200g of BT emulsion
per 1/15 heetare 70.5~71.4% of mortality was recorded 5 days after application;
as use of 150g BT omulsion+25~50g.of DDVP its control effect was over 90%.
On June 29,1989 We used air spraying for control of 2nd~3rd instar larvae of the
1st generation,250g per 1/15 hectare of BT emulsion was used.Pest mor tality
reached 87.4% in 5 days after treatment,similarly,BT emulsion 150g+DDVP
50g Per 1/15 hectare-95.4%;BT emulsion 150g+trichlorfon 50g per 1/15 hectare-
-83.1%.10 days after treatment mortalities of all trials over 96%.The results
showed that BT emulsion for control of reed tussock moth not only economic be-
nefits and effects was obvious ly obtained,but also profitable environmemtal profect
and ecological balance were obtained.
