摘要
对不同聚酯异形丝的生产工艺进行了研究,探讨了不同异形度异形丝的形态和性能之间的相互关系。结果表明:纺丝温度和侧吹风条件对异形丝的异形度和条干不匀率有较大的影响,适当增大侧吹风速度,有利于提高纤维的异形度,拉伸定型温度对异形丝的沸水收缩率和力学性能有显著影响。
The production process of different PET profile yarn was studied in this paper and the relationships between morphology and property of the profile yarn of different degree of profile was discussed. The results show that spinning temperature and quench air greatly influence the degree of profile and unevenness of the profile yarn. It is helpful to keep degree of profile high by appropriately raising the quench air velocity. The drawing setting temprature has obvious influence on the shrinkage in boiling water and mechanical property of the profile yarn.
