中国的经济火车头飞驰向前,能源需求随之增长,其中石油供给成为一道“瓶颈”,逐年攀升的石油进口量更像一条醒目的红线,不仅为中国高层牵挂,而且每每在油价上涨之际也能牵动老百姓敏感的消费神经,更引起一些专家学者议论纷纷。
On May 26th, 2003, Premier Wen Jiabao announced the research on China's Sustainable Development Strategy of Oil and Gas started formally. As the second largest consumer country next to USA in the world, China has realized Che significance of oil and gas strategy research, and has carried out the strategy research. The research on China's Sustainable Development Strategy of Oil and Gas is conducted by a team made up of some academicians who organized by Chinese Academy of Engineering. The research has been planned to be finished within one year. Now some related departments have started to make the oil and gas plan. Zhai Guangming, Liu Guangding,and Hu Jianyi who take part in the research have accepted our interview.
