摘要
对波致塑化和高剪切微磨塑化的基本原理进行了探讨 ,将超声波、振动和高剪切微磨引入到聚合物的塑化过程中 ,构建了新型熔融塑化模型 ,并根据塑化原理设计了多功能流变性能测试装置。对聚合物流变性能的测试结果表明 :一定频率的超声波对聚烯烃的结晶起着积极的作用 ,聚合物的塑化效果良好。
