先将牛奶碳化 ,再用酸溶解 ,利用TritonX - 10 0使测定铁、锌的灵敏度分别提高 8.3%、16 .4 % ,且有效地消除了牛奶中存在的其他金属离子的干扰。该方法简单、快速。
After carbonizing milk, resolve it with acid and then by TritonX-100 the sensitivities of determining iron and zinc will be increased by 8.3 %?16.4 % respectively and the interferences of other metal ions will be eliminated effectively. The method is simple, expeditious and accurate.
