Project management is the company's center for project instruction, dispatch and supervision, which makes sure the company's contracts are executed in an orderly, efficient manner with good quality. The development for project management and current status of China's project management is analyzed. It proposes the measures to be taken by Chinese companies to face the fierce international competition as a result of globlized development trend and China's entry into WTO.
