摘要
上流式厌氧复合床 (UASB +AF)反应器适合处理高浓度PTA废水。介绍了该反应器处理PTA废水的工艺流程和设备、快速启动与负荷提升的操作方法及应注意的问题 ,指出选择厌氧污泥和软性组合填料、控制好各项工艺参数 ,就可在 5个月内使UASB +AF反应器达到负荷 4 .0kg/(m3 ·d)(COD计 )、COD去除率约 6 0 %。
UASB+AF reactor is suitable for treatment of high concentration PTA waste water. The process flow, equipment, operating procedures of quick start and load increase, and problems to be taken care of for PTA waste water treatment with the reactor are introduced. It is indicated that by selecting anaerobic sludge and soft combined packing and controlling the process parameters, the UASB + AF reactor will reach the load of 4.0 kg/(m 3·d) (as COD) and COD removal rate of approximately 60% within 5 months.
