摘要
大颗粒尿素因其肥效、使用、贮运、环保等方面的优越性 ,已成为国际氮肥工业的发展趋势。为了改变我国原有的大颗粒尿素制备技术国产化装置规模过小的局限 ,针对我国化肥行业的现状 ,自主开发了“转鼓流化床造粒技术” ,并进行了中间试验。采用该国产化技术生产大颗粒尿素的装置投资少、易操作 ,为国内中小氮肥装置改产 5 0、10 0、2 0 0kt/a的大颗粒尿素奠定了基础。
In consideration of remarkable advantages in respect of fertilizer efficiency, application, storage and environmental protection etc., the large granule urea production technology has become the development trend of international nitrogen fertilizer industry. In order to alter the original situation of domestic plant of large granule production that the production scale is too small and considering the current situation of inland fertilizer industry, the 'granulating technology of rotating drum and fluidized bed' has been independently developed and the pilot testing has been accordingly carried out. The large granule urea production plant of the domestic technology has advantages of low investment and easy operation, which has established the foundation for revamping 50, 100, and 200 kt/a large granule urea plant from the inland medium and small scale nitrogen fertilizer plant.
