摘要 目的研究华东地区汉族 2型糖尿病病人脂肪分化相关蛋白 (ADRP)基因的单核苷酸多态 (SNP)。方法使用PCR测序方法 ,对ADRP基因的启动子、外显子以及临近的内含子进行测序 ,确定该基因在华东地区汉族2型糖尿病病人中所存在的SNP。 结果所测ADRP基因片段总长度为 5 0 0 3个碱基 ,有 2 1个SNP ,高频、低频分别是 5、16个。 结论ADRP基因在华东地区汉族 2型糖尿病病人中存在SNP ;对某些SNP进行基因分型可以进一步确定ADRP基因中与 2型糖尿病相关的SNP存在情况。 Objective To identify single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of ADRP gene in type 2 diabetics of Chinese Hans residing in east and south-east China. Methods Sequences of proximal promoter and coding regions (including sequence near splicing site) of ADRP gene were detected by PCR-sequencing. Results A total of 21 SNPs were identified for the ADRP gene; there were 5 high frequency SNPs and 16 low frequency SNPs. Conclusion SNPs were identified in the ADRP gene from patients of type 2 diabetes in Chinese Hans residing in east and south-east China; these results should be confirmed or rejected in the genotyping study for ADRP gene in the future.
