人工全髋关节置换术后早期康复训练的作用

Effects of Early Stage Rehabilitation Exercise after Total Hip Replacement

目的研究早期康复训练对人工全髋关节置换术后患肢功能恢复的作用。 方法对 5 1例人工全髋关节置换术后的患者进行 2 ～4周的系统康复治疗 ,在治疗前后做肌力、关节活动范围及Harris评分对照。 结果系统康复治疗后 ,患者的肌力、关节活动范围及Harris评分均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论人工全髋关节置换术后早期系统的康复治疗可增加患肢的肌力及关节活动范围 ,提高手术疗效 。

Objective To study the effects of early stage rehabilitation exercise on recovery after total hip replacement (THR). Methods Fifty-one patients with THR made a systematic rehabilitation exercise for 2～4 weeks, and the strength of hip muscle, range of movement (ROM) and Harris score were investigated before and after treatment. Results The strength of hip muscle, ROM and Harris score of the excercise group was obviously higher than the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Early stage rehabilitation exercise can increase the effects of operation and improve the patients quality of life.
