摘要
实验研究了含Lu样品(硬磁畴只能产生OHB和ID)中的第一类哑铃畴(ID)在直流偏场(Hb)和面内场(Hip)联合作用下的自发收缩现象,这种现象只能在一定的Hb和一定的Hip范围内发生,而且在自发收缩过程中伴随着垂直布洛赫线(VBL)的丢失。晶向不同,直流偏场和面内场范围也不同。实验还发现ID哑铃畴自发收缩与其在面内场中所处的方向无关,含Lu样品大的阻尼系数使得短的哑铃畴先缩泡,长的后缩泡。这与不含Lu样品中哑铃畴的自发收缩现象有很大的不同,由此认为VBL的稳定性与样品的成分有关。
Spontaneous shrinking of the first type of the domains subjected to both static bias field and in-plane field on the hard domains in materials with Lu, in which only OHB and ID can be formed is investigated experiemntally. It is found that the spontaneous phenomenon depends on H?as well as H绸. It is confirmed that dumbbell domains lose a part of vertical Bloch line in their walls in the process of spontaneous shrinking. The range of H?and H绸 change along with crystal direction. It is also found that the phenomenon was irrelevant to the direction of H绸. In the experiment, we find the shortest stripes will shrink first, while the longest stripes will shrink in the end. This related to the larger damp coefficiency of materials with Lu. By analyzing the results gotten from the experiment, we demonstrate that the stability of VBL is dependent on composition.
