基质金属蛋白酶9和14在子宫内膜异位症中的表达

摘要 目的 明确MMP 9和MMP 14在子宫内膜异位症中的表达。方法 利用原位杂交法检测MMP 9和MMP 14在正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜异位症病灶中的表达情况。结果  (1)MMP 14在正常内膜中无表达 ,在异位病灶中阳性表达率为 2 0 .0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )MMP 9在正常内膜中仅表达于增殖期内膜 ,阳性表达率为 6 .9% ,在异位病灶中阳性表达率为 4 3.3% (P <0 .0 1)。结论  (1)在子宫内膜异位病灶中MMP 14表达率低而MMP 9则高表达 ;(2 )MMP 14和MMP 9与内膜异位症的发生有密切关系 ,但二者间无相关性。 Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and matrix metalloproteinase-14 in endometriosis. Methods The expression of MMP-9 and MMP-14 in normal and ectopic endometrium was detected by the method of in situ hybridization. Results (1) MMP-14 were not detected in normal endometrium and it is only 20.0% positive rate in ectopic endometrium in endometriosis (P< 0.05). (2) MMP-9 were only detected in normal proliferate phase endometrium, and the positive rate was 6.9%, and it is 43.3% positive rate in ectopic endometrium in endometriosis (P< 0.01). Conclusion (1) MMP-14 may express in ectopic endometrium and its positive rate was low, while MMP-9 also express in ectopic endometrium in high positive rate. (2) They may participate in the process of invasion and tissue remodeling that is hypothesized to occur in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. But there isn't correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and MMP-14 in endometriosis.
