E-钙粘素和β-连环素在子宫颈癌的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨细胞黏附分子E 钙粘素和 β 连环素在宫颈癌组织中表达的意义。方法 检测 5 1例宫颈癌及其配对淋巴结组织中E 钙粘素和 β 连环素产物的表达 ,同时检测上述病例宫颈分泌物中HPV16、18DNA。结果 E 钙粘素表达阴性 31例 (6 0 .8% ) ;β 连环素表达阴性 2 3例 (4 5 .1% ) ,如任一种基因产物表达阴性即为阴性者 37例 (76 .2 % )。E 钙粘素和 β 连环素表达在无淋巴结转移者均高于有淋巴结转移者 ;E 钙粘素表达与肿瘤细胞分化呈正相关 ;E 钙粘素和 β 连环素表达与HPV16、18感染无相关性。结论 E 钙粘素和 /或β 连环素表达与子宫颈癌分化和转移有关。 Objective To investigate the cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin and β-catenin expression and the significance in cervical cancer. Methods E-cadherin and β-catenin expression in 51 cases cervical cancer and corresponding lymph nodes were detected. Meanwhile, HPV16.18DNA of the secretion in cervical canal was examined. Results 31 cases showed negative expression of E-cad and so as 23 case of β-catenin. Loss expression in anyone was 37( 76.2%). Expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in without lymph nodes metastasis was higher than with metastasis. The expression of E-cadherin was associated with differentiation. Expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin didn't correlated with HPV16 and 18 DNA infection. Conclusion Expression of E-cadherin and/or β-catenin was associated with the differentiation and the lymph node metastasis.
