乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤诊断和治疗

Analysis of the primary malignant breast lymphoma

目的 :探讨乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 :总结收治的 2例乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤。结果 :2例病人经术中冰冻、石腊切片和免疫组化确诊 ,治疗后随访无复发征象。结论 :乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤主要靠病理学检查确诊 ,并根据临床分期采用合理的综合治疗 ,以提高生存率。

Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of the primary malignant breast lymphoma, Methods:Two cases of the primary malignant breast lymphoma were summarized. Results: Two cases were confirmed by frozen section and paraffin section.No signs of recurrence were found in the follow up after treatment.Conclusion: The confirmed diagnosis of primary malignant breast lymphoma depends on histopathology. The survival rate can be improved through proper combined treatmenf related to different clinical stages.
