介绍了锦西化工机械(集团)有限责任公司自行研制开发的适用于3万～5万t a烧碱装置的VH型氯气压缩机的具体结构及主要技术参数,从叶轮的气动和强度、防喘振控制等方面对压缩机的性能进行了分析,对转子的振动与平衡、叶轮的超速、机械运转进行了工厂性试验,最后介绍了用户现场试车的具体办法。

The detail structure and primary technical parameters of VH-type chlorine compressor applied in 30～50 kt/a caustic soda devices,studied and developed by Jinxi Chemical Industry Mechanical(Group) Co.,Ltd.,are introduced.The compressor performance is analyzed by aerodynamic and strength of impeller,control of antisurging,etc.Vibration and balance of rotor,overspeed of impeller and mechanical running are tested industrially.The practical method of commissioning on-site by customer are described at last.
