摘要
采用P-V技术,分别在萌芽期、新梢旺长期和休眠期对初选的10个杜仲优良无性系的耐旱性水分参数进行了测定。结果表明,杜仲优系在休眠期耐旱性最强;在新梢旺长期耐旱性最弱,且各优系耐旱性差异显著,依此差异对10个初选杜仲优系的耐旱性强弱进行了排序。
Water parameters of drought resistance of ten preliminary selected fine eucommia clones were determined respectively in the sprouting period, the fast growing period of twig and dormant period by adopting P-V technique. Results shows that the eucommia clones had the highest drougt resistance in the dormant period and the lowest drought resistance in the fast growing periond of twig in which eucommia clones had great differences of drought resistance among them. According to the differences, the order of drought resistance of ten preliminary selected fine eucommia clones were made.
