摘要
目前测定双丙氨膦及代谢物草铵膦残留有两种方法 ,第一是茚三酮法测定土壤中残留 ,其灵敏度较低 ,第二是气相色谱法测定桔皮与桔肉中残留 ,其衍生这一步条件苛刻 ,不易掌握。作者在它们基础上探索出运用OPA柱后衍生法测定土壤、桔肉及桔皮中残留 ,具有灵敏度高、重现好、操作简单等优点 ,所用仪器类似于氨基甲酸酯系统 ,有推广应用价值。
Two methods had been used to deteminate the residue weight of bilanafos and its metabolin(glufozizate),one is ninhydrin method used in soil,however its sensitivity is low,another is GC used in orange,but it is difficult to control in the derivate step We explore the OPA post colume derivation method used in soil and orange,it has the advantages of high sensitivity、good reappearance and easy to operate,the HPLC system used are similar to carbamate system,it is worthy of popularization
