摘要
对粉萆薢皂甙元的含量测定方法进行了研究,确定了紫外-可见分光度法测定薯蓣皂甙元的最佳显色剂、稳定时间和最大吸收波长;紫外-可见分光光度法测定粉萆薢粗皂甙中薯蓣皂甙元的含量及薄层层析检验结果表明,用2mol/L的盐酸水解2h,效果较好;紫外-可见分光光度法用于测定粉萆薢中薯蓣皂甙元含量,专属性及稳定性好,用该法测得3批粉萆薢药材薯蓣皂甙元含量为1.23%~1.61%。
Methods of determining diosgenin content in Dioscorea collettii were proped into in the paper. The best chromogenic agent, steady time and the largest absorbent wavelength were selected. When hydrolyzed by 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid, the diosgenin content was the highest, which was tested by spectrophotometry and thin-layer chromatography; When spectrophotometry method was used good monoproperty and high stability could be got. The diosgenin content in three batches of medicinal meterials, determined in this method, was 1.23%~1.61%.
