With the rapid development of the market economy of our country and the entry to the WTO, the safety management standards are required to be increasingly improved. As and effective and meaningful strategy, the establishment of safety culture system in enterprises is now being put on a great emphasis by more and more enterprises. In light of the realities of production and management in enterprises, this paper comprehensively introduces how to establish safety culture system in enterprises, which is quite practicable.
