介绍了镇海炼油化工股份有限公司1.80Mt/a蜡油加氢脱硫装置的设计概况(主要技术特点、原料和产品性质、操作条件、物料平衡以及主要设备等),简述了含硫蜡油原料自身部分硫化技术。多方案生产表明:该装置在不掺脱沥青油(DAO)及掺DAO条件下可生产重整料、精制柴油、精制蜡油;在掺DAO条件下可生产汽油、白油、粗制蜡油;以伊朗轻质油的直馏含硫蜡没(VGO)、DAO、焦化轻重蜡油(CGO)混合油为原料,可生产汽油、精制柴油、精制蜡油。

Design of the 36 000 b/d VGO hydrodesulfurization unit in Zhenhai Petroleum Refining and Chemical Co. , Ltd. is expounded together with the main technical features, feedstock property, product property, operation conditions, material balance and the main equipments. Meanwhile, sour feedstock partial sulfurization technology is briefly introduced. Multi-scheme production shows that reformer stock, refined diesel and refined wax oil can be produced by the unit both with and without DAO blending. Naphthe, white oil and refined wax oil can be produced with DAO blending. Naphthe, refined diesel and refined wax oil can be produced with the VGO of Iran light oil, DAO and CGO as feedstock.
