摘要 介绍了烯烃加氢工艺的基本原理,对绝热加氢工艺、绝热循环加氢工艺和等温绝热加氢工艺这三种烯烃加氢工艺技术的主要优缺点和适用场合进行了分析,针对上述三种工艺的限制提出了流程更简单、投资较低的烯烃变温加氢新工艺。这种新工艺已在杭州炼油厂5000m^3/h的制氢装置上得到应用。 Basic principle of the olefin hydrogenation process is introduced. Main advantages, disadvantages together with the suitable situations for the three olefin hydrogenation processes, (adiabatic hydrogenation process, adiabatic recycle hydrogenation process and isothermal adiabatic hydrogenation process) have been analyzed. Meanwhile, a new temperature varying olefin hydrogenation process with more simple process flow and lower investment has been proposed aimed at the limits of the three processes mentioned above. The new process has been applied in the 5 000 m3/h hydrogen production unit of Hangzhou Refinery.
