介绍了新型高效IMPAC 2#填料在Ⅱ套常减压装置减压汽提塔上的应用情况,减压汽提塔减压二、三线由浮阀塔盘改为IMPAC填料后,减压二、三线馏程变窄,说明IMPAC填料分馏效率高,使用效果好.
Application of the new high efficiency packing IMPAC with in the stripper of the second atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is expounded. The second and third vacuum side stream distillation ranges have been narrowed after the float valve trays were replaced by IMPAC packing. It shows that IMPAC packing has the advantages of high fractionating efficiency and better usage effect.
