分析了粗汽油泵接触式机械密封的工作状态及频繁失效的原因,结合其实际工况条件,研制了新型非接触式零逸出上游泵送机械密封。工业应用结果表明,新型的上游泵送机械密封可实现泵送介质的零逸出,基本消除了对环境的污染,具有使用寿命长、安全可靠及运行费用低等优点。

?The failure reason of traditional contacting mechanical face seal used on gasoline pump was analyzed. The industrial application of zeroemission upstream pumping mechanical seal showed that the newtype seal has a series of advantages: realization of zeroemission of easily vaporized fluids, without air pollution, more longer working period, greatly reduced energy loss, and so on. It is reasonable that zeroemission upstream pumping mechanical face seal will be widely used in industrial application.
