摘要
对一水平放置的高温热管翅进行实验研究,给出了高温热管翅起动温度随时间变化的曲线。实验结果表明,高温热管翅起动温度为460℃,热管翅的冷凝段在起动过程中有较好的等温性。若将热管翅倾斜放置一段时间后再进行水平起动测试,则发现冷凝段出现明显的不等温现象,冷凝段末端温度低于水平放置的冷凝段末端温度。进一步分析还表明,高功率下起动热管翅将缩短起动时间。
?A horizontal hightemperature heat pipe fin was experimentally tested.The surface temperature profile was recorded.The results indicate that the transition temperature of hightemperarature heat pipe fin is 460?℃ and the condenser of hightemperature heat pipe fin is isothermal during the startup period.However,when hightemperature heat pipe fin was set at a slant for a long time and was horizontally tested again,the temperature drop at the condenser was obtained.Further analysis shows that larger heat inputs yield faster startups during the startup period.
