工业废渣及碎砖桩代替碎石桩的试验与实践

摘要 振动挤密碎砖桩是由挤密碎石桩演变而来 ,通过沉桩机造孔 ,分批往孔内填入工业废渣及碎砖代替碎石成桩 .试验表明这种桩能提高土壤的承载力 ,试验所测算的复合地基允许承载力均超过了设计值为 12 0kPa的允许承载能力 ,达到 130kPa ;工程实践表明这种桩具有造价低、工期快、土壤固结强度高等优点 。 Compaction piles made of brick debris(conventionally made of crushed stones)are made through filling in the hole driven by the pile sinking machine with industrial residues or brick debris in batches.Tests show that these piles can incrcase the bearing capacity of the clay.The result allowable bearing capacity of the complex ground base exceeded the designed value of 120 kPa and reached 130 kPa.Site practice showed that these piles are inexpensive and short perioded in construction,and they help make highly strengthed soil,and so they have been introduced through Nantong region.
