干涉云纹的光栅法

摘要 利用激光为光源,借助于光栅产生的光的衍射现象,实现了一种新干涉云纹法。该方法原理清楚,光路简单,而且是非接触式的。由于是干涉云纹,其测量精度可以很高。另外一个重要特点是,它对试件栅栅线的反差要求不高,故可以用在氧化情况严重的金属高温热应变的测量中。 This paper presents a new method for Moire imterferometry by using laser as the light source and by making use of the phenomenon of diffraction of the light caused by gratings. The principle of this method is clear, its optical arrangement is simple and it is a noncontact method Because it is Moire interfermetry, so its sensitivity could be very high. Another important feature of this method is that it can be used for the measurement of high temperature strains even at serious oxidation.
