Objective To study the method of exact logistic regression and the its application in medical genetics.Methods To analyse some samples of medical genetics with exact logistic regression method.Results Exact logistic regression fits data which are small,bias or unbalanced .it is exact and reliable.Conclusion The exact logistic regression method has good applicability in the area of medical genetics.
