摘要
教师的职业态度直接决定着教师的职业行为,间接制约着素质教育的发展水平。当前中小学教师职业态度的状况,与运转机制、思想教育、社会地位有直接关系。
Quality education depends on teacher' s activity. A teacher' s occupational attitude directly determines a teacher's actions and effects quality education's development. In this reseach, we analyse the condition of primary and middle school teachers' occupational attitude, and the way how to change the bad attitude to good one to push the quality education going on quickly.
