摘要
液压机是现代汽车制造工业中必不可少的重要设备,车辆的驾驶室及覆盖件都要依靠模具由压机压制而成。本文介绍了对引进设备进行消化吸收和重大技术改造的经验和措施。文中不仅分析了液压系统的工作原理,还重点介绍了主油路的特点,正确评价了引进设备的优点,也指出了某些不完善的部分,对各类液压元件的修复及系统动作功能的恢复,采取了切实可行的措施,对吸收消化引进设备提供了重要的经验,对液压机的设计、制造、安装和调试提供了宝贵的技术资料。
The hydraulic press is one kind of necssary important equipments in modern automobile manufacture.The automobile's office and engine covers have to be perssed by model tools of hydraulic press.This paper instroduces the experiences and measures to absorb and digest import equipments and significant technical reform.The article not only analyses the operating principle of the machine,but recommends the charcteristics of the main pipeline as well.At the same time,the paper values correctly the advantages of the import equipments and points out some imperfect places too.The article introduces practicable measures adopted in order to repair different hydraulic parts and renew the function of the system.These measures provide works of absorbing and digesting import equipments with important experiences design,manufacture,installation and test with valuable technical data.
