现代图书馆的管理与服务应积极导入CS战略并有效地组织实施,从而建立以读者为导向,追求以“读者满意”为基本精神的服务模式,为读者提供优质、满意的服务,最大限度地满足读者需求。
According to the basic content of CS strategy, the thesis discusses about the active introduction and effective implementation of CS strategy into the management and service for modem libraries. In this way, we can establish a new service pattern, with the readers as its center, the satisfaction from the readers as its goal, providing high - quality service to meet the needs of the readers to the ultimate extent.
