含氰含铬废水综合处理研究

摘要 本文对硫酸亚铁法除氰根铬酸根作进一步改进,利用清洗工段的废酸转化为硫酸亚铁盐溶液,废碱作为Cr^(3+)、Fe^(3+)离子的沉淀剂,将水中未除尽的氰根离子,亚铁氰根离子转化为溶度积最小的普鲁士蓝沉淀,用氢氧化物沉淀吸附水中的有色物质,使水中氰根铬酸根离子以及有色物质均小於部颁标准,这一方法现已投入运转。 This article gives an improved method for the removal of cyanic ions and chromic ions using ferrous sulphate.The waste acid which comes from washing procedure is transformed into ferrous sulphate solution and the waste alkali is used as a precipitating agect of Cr^(3+).Fe^(3+)ions and the remained CN^- is formed into prussian blue precipitate of which the solubility is the least.The hydroxid formed by precipitation is used to absorp the coloured materials in water,and so the remained quantities of cyanic ions,chromic ions and the coloured materials in the water are less than the standard issued by the Ministry.At present this method has been successfully put into operation.
