摘要
从区域经济学角度建立了城市人力资本投入系统,该系统由投资主体、配置实施、积累三个子系统构成。并以山东省地级市为例,分析了城市人力资本投入的空间结构特征及形成机制。
From regional Economic point, the paper sets up a urban human capital investment system, which includes investors,distribution and accumulation parts. Taking Shandong province administrative cities as example, authors analyze the regional structure and formational mechanism of urban human capital investment.
