摘要
本文在有关研究成果基础上,进一步研究了可锻铸铁碲基孕育剂。通过大量实验,证实了碲铝孕育剂的孕育效果稳定,在正常生产化学成分情况下,能保证获得铸态白口组织,对固态石墨化和机械性能无不利影响,特别是当用粗碲铝孕育剂代替铋铝孕育剂时,还可以使铸件成本降低。
The Te—base inoculant used in malleable Cast iron has been further studied on the basis of previous investigation. The beliable effect of Te—Al inoculant was proved through extensive experiments. It is proved that the white iron as cast is insured when the chemical composition of the melted iron is in the normal range. Te—Al inoculant do not have unfavourable effect on the malleable iron anneal and the mechanical properties, and the production cost will be low when substituting the rough Te—Al for Bi—Al.
